We are dedicated to making quality education accessible to underprivileged children, empowering them to break the cycle of poverty and realize their full potential. At our organization, we have established Manna Junior Academy and Manna Junior Secondary School that hosts more than 500 students.
Manna Junior Academy and Junior Secondary Schools in Kisumu County were birthed to provide a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. We understand the unique challenges they face and strive to address their educational needs effectively.
Our School Program Offers:
- Education for All: We are committed to ensuring that no child is left behind. Our program caters to students from disadvantaged backgrounds including orphans and vulnerable children. We have various age groups and academic levels, from primary school to junior secondary education. We believe in the power of education to open doors of opportunity for every child.
- Quality Teaching: Our highly qualified and dedicated teachers create engaging and innovative lesson plans to inspire a love for learning. They use modern teaching methods, interactive activities, and educational technology to make education enjoyable and effective.
- Holistic Development: We believe in nurturing well-rounded individuals. Alongside academic excellence, we emphasize character development, life skills, and extracurricular activities. Our students have access to sports, arts, music, and other enrichment programs that enhance their overall growth.
Health and Nutrition: We recognize the importance of good health in a child’s academic success. Our program provides nutritious meals to support the overall well-being of our students.
Scholarships and Financial Aid: We understand the financial barriers that prevent many deserving students from accessing education. Through Light of Kenya partners, our organization provides scholarships and financial aid to help students from Primary school level join Secondary school.
